Our Hialeah store sits in the heart of one of Miami-Dade's largest Hispanic communities, and from day one we've served customers entirely in Spanish because that's what makes them most comfortable. Many of our Hialeah customers are local business owners and workers who depend on their phone for their daily livelihood, so we prioritize fast, no-appointment repairs.
Which of the two suits you
Both stores do the same work, with the same parts and the same written 90-day warranty, so the right one is simply whichever is closer to you. Kendall is out west, on Bird Road; Hialeah is up north, on the corner of West 12th Avenue and 44th Place. Both take walk-ins and the diagnostic is free at either.
There is one exception worth knowing. If your device needs microsoldering, data recovery, or has already been through another shop that left it half done, that work happens in Kendall, where the lab is. You can still drop it off in Hialeah and we move it ourselves, but count on an extra day. If you are not sure which case is yours, message us first and we will tell you where to go.
