Our Hialeah store
Lily is the one who runs the counter in Hialeah, and a good share of the people who come through that door do not have a broken phone: they have a working phone and a question. How to move the photos to the new device, why calls are not coming through, how to make the text bigger so they can read their messages. It is a neighborhood with many older customers, and sorting that out is part of the job too.
