How the quote works
A quote by message is an estimate, not a commitment on your part. We give you the range for your model and the fault you describe, so you know what numbers we are talking about before you leave the house. If the device has more than one problem, we tell you what each one adds separately.
The firm price comes out of the diagnostic, and the diagnostic is free. We open the device, confirm what is actually damaged and give you the final price before touching anything. If at that point you decide not to repair it, you pay nothing and take the device back as you brought it. We do not charge for looking.
It happens more often than you would think that the problem is smaller than the customer believed: a charging port packed with lint rather than a broken port, or an app eating the battery rather than a worn battery. We tell you that too, even when it means charging you less or nothing at all.
Everything we repair leaves with a written 90-day warranty. It covers a defect in the part or in the installation, not a fresh drop, and the receipt we hand you at pickup is all you need to claim it. If something fails within that window we look at it at no cost and without an argument: if the fault is ours, we fix it.
