- Do you always replace the part, or is it sometimes just cleaning?
- Most cases are solved with a professional port cleaning, which is faster and cheaper than a full replacement. We only replace the entire module when there are broken pins or real damage, and we always explain this before charging you.
- Why does my phone say "moisture detected" if it wasn't wet?
- Miami's ambient humidity, sweat or shower steam can trigger the port's moisture sensor even if the device was never submerged. We can inspect and clean the port so the warning goes away.
