- Most screen replacements take 25 to 30 minutes while you wait in the store. If your model needs a special part, we'll let you know the same day as the diagnostic.
- Does the new screen come with a warranty?
- Yes, every screen repair includes a 90-day warranty against manufacturing or installation defects, honored at either of our two locations (Kendall and Hialeah).
- Will I lose my data if you replace my screen?
- No. A screen replacement does not affect the device's internal storage, photos, contacts or apps. Still, if your screen won't turn on, we recommend backing up your data as soon as possible.
