These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.nousmovil.com and the repair services provided by NOUS MOVIL REPAIR at its Kendall and Hialeah, FL stores. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Diagnostic and quotes

The initial diagnostic is free and carries no obligation to repair. Every quote is based on the model and reported issue; if we find additional damage once the device is opened, we’ll contact you with a new quote before proceeding.

2. 90-day warranty

All our repairs include a 90-day warranty from the delivery date, covering defects in the installed part and in the installation performed by our staff. The warranty does not cover new damage from drops, impacts, liquid, third-party tampering, or defects unrelated to the original repair. The warranty is valid at either of our two stores.

3. Data backup and liability

We recommend backing up your data before leaving your device with us. We are not liable for data loss except in cases of proven negligence by our staff. For water damage or board-level repairs, we cannot guarantee the final outcome, although the diagnostic is always free.

4. Unclaimed devices

Devices left for repair and not claimed after 60 days may be considered abandoned under Florida law, with no further obligation on our part.

5. Device ownership

We reserve the right to refuse repair or purchase of any device if there is reasonable indication it does not belong to the person presenting it, in accordance with applicable laws against the sale or possession of stolen goods.

6. Payment

We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. Payment is due when picking up the repaired device, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Use of the website

The content on this site (text, images, logo) is owned by NOUS MOVIL REPAIRand may not be reproduced without permission. Published prices are for reference and may vary based on the final diagnostic.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
