With Android, what usually decides things is not the repair itself: it is the part. For Pixel, LG and OnePlus we normally have the replacement or can get it in a day or two. For less common brands it has to be checked first, and we would rather tell you over WhatsApp than have your device sitting on the counter waiting for something that never arrives. That is why we ask for the exact brand and model: two phones that look alike from the outside can take different screens.

There is another conversation we have often, especially with entry-level prepaid devices: sometimes the repair costs more than the phone is worth. When that happens we say so, even though it means you do not buy the work from us.
